Pratice and Military/Law Enforcement Chaplaincy has been used to teach him

Biblical Counseling from Newburgh Theological Seminary and College of the
Bible. Dr. Applebach has completed his Certificates from The school of
Biblical Counseling. He holds a Master's Degree in Biblical Counseling from
Emmanuel Baptist University and a Doctorate of Divinity from United Graduate

Stiltner was appointed Bishop to United Evangelical Church of America, in
2007. Dr. Stiltner graduated from Johnson Bible College and for over 35
years has served His Lord as a Pastor, Discipleship Mentor, Educator and
in other area's of Ministry. Dr. Stiltner took over the Finical
Accountability Department in April, 2008.
